https://verobouza.com (the “Site“) is operated by Vero Bouza, a freelance graphic designer and illustrator based in Spain, offering brand identity, illustration, and motion design services, as well as digital downloads such as templates and guides (the “Digital Products“).

By using this Site, purchasing a Digital Product, or engaging my client services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or purchase from it.

2. Client services (brand identity, illustration, motion design)

  • Custom client work is governed by the individual proposal, quote, or contract agreed with each client, which takes precedence over these general Terms for the scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, revisions, and usage rights of that project.
  • These Terms cover the general use of the Site; they don’t replace a signed client agreement.
  • Bookings, invoicing, and project communication for client work may be handled through Dubsado.

3. Digital Products (templates, guides, and other downloads)

  • Some Digital Products are offered free of charge; others are paid, as clearly marked on the Site at the time of purchase.
  • Paid Digital Products are purchased and delivered digitally via [Stripe / your platform], typically with instant or near-instant access after payment.
  • Right of withdrawal: under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right is waived once you begin downloading or accessing the content, provided you’ve given explicit consent to this at checkout. This will be clearly flagged during the purchase process.
  • All Digital Products are for your own personal or business use as described on the product page. Unless stated otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, or share Digital Products with third parties, or claim them as your own original work.

4. Intellectual property

  • All content on this Site — including illustrations, designs, branding, copy, and the Digital Products themselves — is my original work (or licensed to me) and protected by copyright.
  • Purchasing a Digital Product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as described on the product page. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying work to you.
  • For client projects, usage rights and any transfer of ownership are defined in the individual client agreement.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose Site content (including Digital Products) for commercial resale without my written permission.

5. Payments

  • Prices are listed in [CURRENCY, e.g. EUR] and include/exclude VAT as applicable — [confirm and specify].
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.I don’t store your full card details.
  • For client services, payment terms (deposits, milestones, final payment) are set out in the individual project agreement.

7. Acceptable use

When using this Site, you agree not to:
